While I have not had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle from Liberty, not only have I heard so many good things about the team, I have had the opportunity to have my vehicle serviced there. In fact it only took the service department one day to install a 8 speed transmission. It took them one day to have that eight-speed transmission shipped to them from Michigan. I think these folks are great and I say if you need a vehicle there is where you need to go. If you need service, liberty is where you need to go. I want to thank Hal and the service team over at Liberty for taking such a good care of me and my vehicle.
My wife and I had a great experience! Cody and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make the process very smooth. We came from out of state and the staff stayed way past closing time to make sure we were taken care of. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a vehicle!

I bought a lemon...it happens. They have been nothing but rude. Julie herself lied to my face and yes I have the proof and am making a formal complaint. My lender for the loan has had such a terrible time with them that they have put liberty on the list of not to lend business with. Service dept is amazing.....sales...no one knows what's going on. No one is on the same page. They are horrid.
Liberty’s advisor Hal was very helpful and understanding when I explained truck’s problem. Liberty replaced the torque converter in a timely manner so shifts are now as they should be. I will recommend Liberty Service to others.
We had our vehicle serviced at Liberty Chevrolet. 100000 mile service and inspection. They looked over the vehicle and found a problem, repaired under warranty in a timely fashion, and we are back on the road again. Great job as always! Hal is the best!! Been dealing with him for years, and he is very trustworthy! That means a lot in an industry where it’s very very hard to find honest people. Thanks Hal!
Customer service is not up to par. I called several times about my vehicle with no response after leaving a message. As far as the charges. I feel violated. I can’t believe the price of labor. Whoever came up with charging you over 30 dollars for putting in a battery should be ashamed. As far a the other charges. I’m not sure what to say. I just feel like I was taken advantage of.
